The C2 Business Visa is designed for foreigners visiting Indonesia for short-term business purposes.
Key Features:
Perfect for: Short business trips, contract negotiations, supplier meetings, exploring business opportunities in Bali
Processing Time: 7-10 working days
The D2 Multiple Entry Business Visa is ideal for professionals who travel to Indonesia regularly for business purposes throughout the year.
Key Features:
Perfect for: Business owners managing projects in Bali, consultants with ongoing engagements, executives overseeing Indonesian operations
Processing Time: 7-10 working days
The 2-year D2 Business Visa provides maximum flexibility for frequent business travelers to Indonesia.
Key Features:
Perfect for: Frequent business travelers, executives with ongoing Indonesian partnerships, professionals scouting long-term opportunities
Processing Time: 7-10 working days
The C10 Visa is specifically designed for foreigners invited to participate in events, conferences, exhibitions, or similar activities in Indonesia—without being bound by an employment contract.
Key Features:
Perfect for: Conference speakers, workshop facilitators, event panelists, industry presenters visiting Bali
Processing Time: 7-10 working days
⚠️ Important Note: Business visas do NOT permit employment in Indonesia. You cannot earn income from Indonesian sources, be employed by an Indonesian company, or conduct ongoing work. For employment, you need a Work KITAS (E23). For running your own business, you need an Investor KITAS (E28A).
We make business visa processing effortless. You don’t need to visit immigration offices or navigate Indonesian bureaucracy—we handle everything for you.

No. Business visas (C2, D2, C10) do NOT permit employment or earning income from Indonesian sources. They allow business activities such as meetings, negotiations, site visits, conferences, and consultations. If you need to work for an Indonesian company, you need a Work KITAS (E23). If you want to run your own business, you need an Investor KITAS (E28A).
The C2 is a single-entry visa—you enter Indonesia once and stay up to 60 days (extendable). The D2 is a multiple-entry visa—you can enter and exit Indonesia unlimited times over 1 or 2 years, staying up to 60 days per visit. If you travel to Indonesia regularly for business, the D2 is more cost-effective and convenient.
Both C2 and D2 visas allow stays of up to 60 days per entry. The C2 can be extended up to 180 days total. With the D2 multiple entry, you must exit before 60 days but can re-enter immediately. Choose based on whether you need one long stay or multiple shorter visits.
No. Business visas (C2 and D2) must be applied for before you enter Indonesia (offshore application). You cannot convert a B1 Visa on Arrival or C1 Tourist Visa to a business visa while already in Bali. Plan ahead if you know your trip has business purposes.
Permitted activities include: business meetings and negotiations, contract discussions, site visits and inspections, attending seminars and conferences, market research, supplier visits, and general business consultations. You may NOT: be employed, earn salary from Indonesian sources, sign contracts as an Indonesian employee, or conduct ongoing work.
For the C2 and D2 business visas, an invitation letter is not required—we provide sponsorship as part of our service. For the C10 Event Participant Visa, you DO need an invitation from the event organizer detailing the agenda and your role in the event.
Our flat-rate pricing includes everything (e-Visa, government tax, agent fee, sponsorship):
• C2 Business Single Entry: 3,500,000 IDR
• D2 Multiple Entry (1 Year): 7,000,000 IDR
• D2 Multiple Entry (2 Years): 11,000,000 IDR
• C10 Event Participant: 3,500,000 IDR
No hidden fees or surprise costs.
All business visa types are processed in 7-10 working days after we receive your complete documents. We recommend starting the process at least 2 weeks before your intended travel date to allow comfortable processing time.
