We specialize in helping foreign entrepreneurs and professionals establish businesses, obtain proper visas, and build successful lives in paradise. ## Our Story Founded in 2021 by born-and-raised Balinese professionals, Bali Business Builders was created to bridge the gap between foreign entrepreneurs and Indonesia’s complex bureaucracy. We saw too many talented business owners struggling with visa applications, company formation, and licensing—often paying excessive fees to agents who didn’t deliver results. We knew there was a better way. Combining our **deep local roots** with international business standards, we built a company focused on transparency, efficiency, and genuine client success. Our team speaks both English and Indonesian fluently, understands Western business expectations, and maintains the personal relationships necessary to navigate Indonesian government systems effectively. Today, we’ve helped **over 500 clients** from around the world successfully launch businesses, obtain visas, and create thriving lives in Bali. ## Why We’re Different ### 🏝️ Born & Raised in Bali Unlike foreign-owned agencies, our team is **native Balinese**. We grew up here, understand the culture intimately, and have family connections across the island. This isn’t just business for us—this is our home, and we’re invested in helping you succeed here. **What this means for you:** - Deep understanding of local government processes - Cultural insights that prevent costly mistakes - Genuine care for your success in our community - Personal relationships that smooth bureaucratic hurdles ### 🤝 20+ Years Combined Experience Our team brings over **two decades of combined experience** in Indonesian business law, immigration, and company formation. We’ve processed thousands of visas, established hundreds of companies, and solved countless complex situations. **Our expertise includes:** - PT PMA company formation and structuring - All visa types (Investor KITAS, Work KITAS, Retirement, Tourist) - Business licensing across multiple industries - Immigration compliance and renewals - Tax registration and reporting - Labor law and employment regulations ### 🏛️ Connections & Network Success in Indonesia often depends on relationships. Our team has cultivated **direct connections** with key government offices over many years: - **Immigration offices** across Bali - **Ministry of Law and Human Rights** (company approvals) - **Ministry of Manpower** (work permits) - **Investment Coordinating Board** (BKPM) - **Local government offices** (licensing and permits) - **Banks** for corporate account opening - **Notaries** for legal documentation - **Real Estate Agents** for land/housing needs These relationships mean faster processing, fewer complications, and direct channels when issues arise.  ### 🏆Proven Track Record **Numbers don’t lie:** - **500+ successful clients** since 2021 - **99.8% approval rate** across all visa types - **4.9/5 star rating** on Google Reviews - **Zero client deportations** due to our compliance guidance - **100% transparent pricing** with no hidden fees - **Repeat Business**-Most clients come back and work with us for years dating back to when we first opened **We’ve built our reputation one successful client at a time, and we protect that reputation fiercely.** ## What Our Clients Say… ``` ** EXCELLENT ** ![Google star 1](https://cdn.trustindex.io/assets/platform/Google/star/f.svg)![Google star 2](https://cdn.trustindex.io/assets/platform/Google/star/f.svg)![Google star 3](https://cdn.trustindex.io/assets/platform/Google/star/f.svg)![Google star 4](https://cdn.trustindex.io/assets/platform/Google/star/f.svg)![Google star 5](https://cdn.trustindex.io/assets/platform/Google/star/f.svg) Based on **26 reviews** ![Google](https://cdn.trustindex.io/assets/platform/Google/logo.svg) Posted on Google ![Google](https://cdn.trustindex.io/assets/platform/Google/icon.svg) ![Charlie Clayden profile picture](https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/a/ACg8ocLOvijNd_l6K-w43xrNCt8i_vg2wXnNRsupftaerM4TQXSSXQ=w40-h40-c-rp-mo-ba2-br100) Charlie Clayden ![Google star 1](https://cdn.trustindex.io/assets/platform/Google/star/f.svg)![Google star 2](https://cdn.trustindex.io/assets/platform/Google/star/f.svg)![Google star 3](https://cdn.trustindex.io/assets/platform/Google/star/f.svg)![Google star 4](https://cdn.trustindex.io/assets/platform/Google/star/f.svg)![Google star 5](https://cdn.trustindex.io/assets/platform/Google/star/f.svg)Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I enquired with several companies about VISA extensions in Indonesia and this was by far the cheapest and most efficient service I came across. Every other visa service tried to charge me extortionate amounts (literally 2-5x what I paid here), quoted me really long wait instantly and/or required me to come into office multiple times. With this service not only was it the cheapest, by far, but also the easiest to use. Everything was done over WhatsApp and required minimal effort on my behalf. They gave an accurate timeframe for when I could expect the extension to be confirmed and met that timeframe - actioning their part of the process instantly once I had provided the required information. If you need a visa extension then these guys are the only company I would recommend.
