Bali Business Builders provides visa processing, business formation, company registration, trademark registration, and related consulting services for foreigners in Indonesia. Our services include but are not limited to:
3.1 Our services begin only after: (a) the client has agreed to the scope of work, (b) all required documents have been submitted, and (c) payment has been received in full or as agreed.
3.2 By engaging our services, you authorize Bali Business Builders to act on your behalf in liaising with Indonesian government authorities, immigration offices, and other relevant institutions as necessary to complete the agreed services.
3.3 We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion, including cases where we believe the application may not meet government requirements or where we suspect fraudulent intent.
4.1 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation for all service requests. Providing false or misleading information may result in visa denial, legal consequences, and termination of our services without refund.
4.2 You are responsible for ensuring your passport and personal documents meet the validity requirements specified for each service (e.g., minimum 6 months passport validity).
4.3 You must respond to our requests for additional information or documents in a timely manner. Delays in providing required documents may result in processing delays beyond our control.
4.4 You are responsible for attending any required immigration appointments, including biometric registration, as advised by our team.
4.5 You must comply with all Indonesian immigration laws and regulations during your stay. Bali Business Builders is not responsible for any penalties, fines, or legal consequences resulting from your non-compliance.
5.1 All prices quoted are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated. Prices include e-Visa fees, government taxes, agent fees, and sponsorship unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5.2 Payment must be made in full before processing begins, unless a different payment arrangement has been agreed in writing.
5.3 Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to changes in government fees, regulations, or exchange rates. However, once payment has been received and processing has begun, the agreed price will be honored.
5.4 We accept payment via bank transfer and other methods as communicated during the engagement process.
6.1 All processing times stated on our website and in communications are estimates only based on typical government processing speeds. Actual processing times may vary due to factors outside our control, including:
6.2 Bali Business Builders is not liable for delays caused by government authorities or circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
7.1 While we maintain a high success rate, final visa approval is at the sole discretion of Indonesian immigration authorities. Bali Business Builders does not guarantee visa approval for any application.
7.2 We prepare and submit all applications to the highest professional standards, but we cannot override government decisions. If a visa application is denied, we will advise you on alternative options where possible.
7.3 Bali Business Builders is not an immigration authority, government agency, or legal firm. We are a professional visa and business services agency that facilitates the application process on your behalf.
8.1 Government fees paid on your behalf (e-Visa fees, government taxes, IMTA fees, etc.) are non-refundable once submitted to the relevant authority, regardless of the application outcome.
8.2 If a visa application is denied due to circumstances within our control (e.g., incorrect submission by our team), we will resubmit the application at no additional charge.
8.3 If you cancel a service request before processing has begun and before any government fees have been submitted, a refund may be provided minus any administrative costs incurred.
8.4 If you cancel a service request after processing has begun, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and will exclude any government fees already paid and work already completed.
8.5 Refund requests must be made in writing to [email protected].
9.1 Bali Business Builders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to: lost profits, travel costs, accommodation costs, flight changes, or business losses.
9.2 Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
9.3 We are not liable for any consequences arising from changes in Indonesian immigration law, regulations, or government policy that affect your visa status or application after submission.
9.4 We are not liable for any issues arising from information or documents provided by the client that are inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.
10.1 All content on the Bali Business Builders website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of PT Bali Bisnis Bersari and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright laws.
10.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from our website without prior written consent.
11.1 Our website may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of third-party websites.
